If you are having problems downloading the Application from the iTunes App Store, please consult the troubleshooting section within iTunes for help.
If you have downloaded the application successfully but are experiencing problems then please read the following -
Turn off your iPhone / iPod Touch. Turn it back on and then try running the application again.

Make sure you have the most up to date Apple firmware. The most recent firmware version is 2.1. On the main iPhone / iPod Touch screen, go to Settings->General->About->Version on your iPhone / iPod Touch to check which version you have. And use iTunes to update to a newer version if you need it.
These two simple steps should solve any problems you may experience.
